1. Sign up and get your terminals programmed
Contact us by phone, by email or through our website. Once you are on board, we program your mobile or countertop terminals for your business and set them up to work with the systems you already have. They support PIN-based transactions, which make chargebacks and fraud much less likely.
2. Buy or rent your terminals
You can buy each terminal for a one-time fee that includes programming, delivery and setup help. You own it outright, with no ongoing hardware costs. Or you can rent for a monthly fee per terminal, which keeps upfront costs low and suits short-term needs. Rentals include programming, delivery and ongoing support.
3. Choose Wi-Fi or cellular
If your business has a stable internet connection, run the terminals on your existing Wi-Fi at no extra data cost. If you are mobile, or your location’s Wi-Fi is unreliable, choose cellular and take payments anywhere with coverage, even when the Wi-Fi goes down.
4. Set your transaction fee
The fee is a flat amount per transaction, typically between $2.50 and $4.00. Where yours lands depends on your business’s risk level and how you operate, and we work it out with you.
5. Pass the fee on to your customers
Our system lets you charge the fee to your customers directly. Mention it at the point of sale; most customers accept a small fee when they are told about it up front. We provide signage templates and tips to help you explain it.
